I started getting the discount in the bill of sept-oct 09.What i could gather from the pdf file posted on this blog about the offer is that i should have got the discount starting from april itself. So now i need to understand that how should i pressurize the officials of bsnl to consider giving the discount starting from april 09. Any help in this regard would be welcomed. I’m a psu employee. I had applied for this 20% discount scheme in april 09.
