MediaWhiz, the company behind Text Link Ads, have purchased Jeremy Schoemaker’s [Shoemoney] majority share in AuctionAds, to fully acquire the company. Jeremy and MediaWhiz launched the website back in March as a partnership.

This week the site announced another new feature. Every web publisher that signs up for an account gets $25 in free credit. If you’ve already registered for an account, but never quite made it to $25, you’ll find your account credited with 25$.

Auction Ads has also raised it’s payout limit. Previously, you had to earn $10 in order to receive payment (via PayPal). Now you need a minimum of $50 in your account at the end of the month to get paid in that cycle.
