Adsense Publishers are not to disclose figures like CTR and eCPM for a site. However, i'll try explaining it to you. 

eCPM means, for example, consider a site that made 5$ for 100 clicks and 1000 page impressions.
So, Page eCPM (effective cost per thousand impressions) would be 5/1000 * 1000 = 5 [clicks trivial for eCPM calculation]

Basically, what it gives is a rough estimate of how your site will perform in the present trend.. i.e In the same day, if you get 5000 page impressions, you could have a good probability of earning 5*5 = 25$..

And CTRs of approx 1-2% is common</description>
