hey i have a ATI MOBLITY RADEON 7500 video card is it enough to run COD4?

    2. New Player says:

I just got a new desktop and having issues with CoD 4.

      System is

      Intel Quad Core QX9650 3.0 GHz x 4 1333 FSB 12 MB Cache
      NVidia GX2 video card
      4028 MB Ram
      500 GB HD
      VISTA 32 Home Premium

Why is this game freezing and glitching? I downloaded up to date GX2 drivers, Soundblaster Extreme Gamer sound card drivers, updated VISTA, and now waiting for the CoD4 patch to download.

Do th ebugs include screen freezing? Computer needing to reboot? THis is crazy. I hope it isn’t my computer.

Ha, you could run COD1 on that? haha.

      and I bet he’s joking.

    8. nosmirck says:

fds, do you mean Call Of Duty (the first one) right? if so, with a system like yours will be enougth to run it, but if you mean COD4, you can’t run it… your PC is an abacus.

    9. fds says:

      OMG CALL OF DUTY ROX!!!

i run it on my pc, if you have at least this youll be fine:

      64mb ram

    10. Lawlerskates says:

Maget, you meet the system reqs…Im sure u can run it. Chaz, your graphics card looks a little weak..it might run…don’t count on me. YEah, i’m not sure about you…to run smoothly you should get a faster cpu or better graphics card.

    11. NAYH says:

Dear GOd please give me back th minutes that you have taken away from me!!!!!!!

    12. YEah says:

Hey, is my computer can run the cod4 smmoothly?

      1GB RAM

      Geforce Go 6100

      ADM Sempron 3400+

      1.8 Ghz

      Thanks

    14. Megat says:

      my system
intel pentium d dual core 2.8 gig
      1.5 gig of ram
      nvidia 7600 graphics card
can i run this game smoothly?

    15. Lawlerskates says:

Yes, it will. some of the mission will be choppier then others, but it will work.

    16. Ptsih says:

If I download demo, and try if it works, is there same requirements for demo and full game?

    17. lawlerskates says:

Yeah, it will run better with more RAM, I don’t think increasing the amount of RAM ever decreases performance. More RAM just means that your computer has more memory it needs for tasks that sometimes need a little boosting. Your computer will run smoother and will not freeze up, unless another hardware problem is amiss. With XP, you should be fine with 2gigs of RAM. Take note, most gaming desktops have around 3 gigs of RAM for maximum performance.

    18. deadraven420 says:

thanks for the link lawlerskates.. I am on windows xp,and I just ordered 2 X 1 gig 240-pin dimm 128m X 64 DDR2 PC2-5300 memory chips to replace my 2 512 DDR sticks,do you think that was a wise purchace? Do you think my system will have better performance with 2 gigs of ramm compared to the 1 gig I used to have?

    19. lawlerskates says:

the computer has a beast processor raven. Are you on vista or XP? on vista you need like at least 2/3 gigs to run smoothly. Might need to upgrade the GFX card to a 7900 or around there if you are cheap or an 8800 series if you are serious.

for all those wishing to see if the game will run:

      http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest

it installs a plugin that scans comp for system requirements, and will tell you if you pass minimum and advanced requirements. it has many games.

    20. deadraven420 says:

im thinking on gettin COD4 for my pc
im wondering if it will run ok ?
      2X pentium 4 3.4 gig prossesors
      1 gig of ram
      nvidia 6800 xfx graphics card
      gigabyte ga81915-p duo-a motherboard

do you think that will work? thanks in advance..

    21. HN says:

Matt, your video card, unfortunately will not run with 25fps or more. To get 25fps or better, try to get an Geforce series 8: 8600, or 8800

    22. minX says:

Nerd guy, Cathode ray tubes ftw, anything that contains an electron gun sounds cool haha. Your computer will pwn duke nukem 1 + 2, maybe even wolfenstein, dunno about cod4 though :)

    29. alx says:

thanx lawlerskates~~yea ive got a 22 inch screen so yea thanks alot anyways

    30. Ben says:

Hey, I was wondering If COD4 will run on this laptop.

      -AMD Turion 64 X2Dual Core Mobile technology-2.3GHZ
      -3GB of ram
      -NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150M
      -250 Hard Drive

    31. lawlerskates says:

actually a 17inch screen, or a 19 inch would be fine. I was just saying that you wouldn’t be able to play on the more graphically intense higher resolutions.

    32. lawlerskates says:

Yeah…You should be fine, fast process and good gfx card…but also take into note with that gfx card you needa fairly big screen so don’t play on a 17inch with that or you won’t get the full potential of the card.

    33. alx says:

hey guys, jus wondring if my dell wud run call of duty 4,
      my specs are-

      -intel duo core processr 2.66Ghz(2.7Ghz)

    34. lawlerskates says:

eh…his comp should run it fine, shouldn’t it? He has a good gfx card, 4gigs of ram, maybe only processor is weedy.
