    Windows Live Messenger 8.5 Final leaked before release

    The final version of Windows Live Messenger 8.5 has been leaked (via mess.be) and is available for download over at softpedia.

    There still is no official report from the Redmond company as to the finalization of Windows Live Messenger 8.5, but the IM client has been leaked and is available for download already.

    Absolute Linux 12.1.0 beta 1 released

    Beta version of Absolute Linux 12.1.0  has been released. It is based on Slackware Linux distribution. It includes support to early Intel Pentium CPUs, meaning  you coluld install it on an old Intel Pentium-1 / AMD K6-2 machine. But, you would need at least 48MB of RAM.
