Description: ccc.exe is located in a subfolder of “C:\Program Files\Ati installation dir”. The file size on Windows XP is 49152 bytes. There is an icon for this program on the taskbar next to the clock (Control Center). The Program can be uninstalled in the Control Panel. ccc.exe is not a Windows essential file.

There are some malware that camouflage themselves as ccc.exe, particularly if they are located in the c:\windows or c:\windows\system32 folders. Thus check the ccc.exe process on your pc whether it is pest.

To do that, press CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up the task manager and find the processed started by the current logged in user (not SYSTEM, LOCAL or NETWORK SERVICE). Most spywares and trojans are loaded after a login into windows. Find the suspicious processes started by the logged in user and terminate it.
