Media Player Classic looks just like Windows Media Player 6.4, but has many many additional features. It’s GREAT at playing divx movies. It has a built in DVD player with real-time zoom options, support for AVI subtitles (drag and drop), QuickTime and Real-Video support (requires QuickTime and/or Real Player installed); built-in MPEG2/SVCD/DVD codec.It also supports SVCD/DVD selectable subtitles. Media Player Classic also has the ability to modify the filters realtime when playing your favorite video files.
Changes in Media Player Classic 6.4.8.7 :
- Matroska splitter updated to handle AVC, and support for simpleblock and header stripping. In other words: Matroska v2 should work without crashing.
- Major improvement for *.ttxt support, everything except scrolling and clickable urls work now.
- Shaders reworked a bit.
- Added shortcuts to set start/stop times in subresync.
