I think you must have a good vga (at least ps 3 and ddr 2

and at least 1Gb of ram with speed 533Mhz and higher
Vista will work 100%
but you have to care about your HW
which has been supported under Windows Xp.
What is need to do, look at the web for support of your HW if any updates are made and than download-install

You Processor and RAM is decent enough. But Radeon 9200 series supports only up to 1.4 pixel shaders and the min sys reqs suggest a Pixel shader 2.0 compatible card .. so, many rendering effects would be disabled..

It will run, but not as it is intended to.. Gameplay may not be smooth.. ATI Radeon 9500 or greater is recommended..
